Minimum Stays: July & August, minimum rental – 1 week; Christmas/New Years – minimum 3 days. All other times, minimum stay is 2 nights.
Start and end day, Saturday for July and August. For all other times, the start and end dates are flexible.
**Please note that May is Black Fly Season, and hence the reason we charge off-season rates, even for the May long weekend. If you are not familiar with Black Flies, please do an internet search. They are only annoying, not dangerous, but we want you to be aware of them. Our gazebo is a great place to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs.
Summer, 2021, $1200/week, 7 night minimum
Fall to Thanksgiving, $180/night, 2 night minimum
Fall after Thanksgiving, $160/night, 2 night minimum
Christmas/New Years Dec 24 – Jan 2, $180/night, 3 night minimum
Check in time is no earlier than 3 p.m.
Check out time 12 p.m.
Booking and Cancellation Policies:
A rental reservation is not final until the completed application has been returned, accepted by us and the required deposit (or full rental if less than 30 days) is paid. We allow up to 3 business days for this deposit to reach us once your application has been accepted. The balance is due 30 days before the rental. Payment is accepted by bank e-transfer for Canadian guests. For international guests, we accept Visa or Mastercard, which will do the currency conversion. There is a security deposit of $600 required by cheque or by providing a Visa/Mastercard on the contract/application.
If you request us to hold a reservation time, we will allow 24 hours after which, if not confirmed, it may be released to other potentially interested parties.
Our rental rates are listed above and this can also be sent to you in a separate document, upon request.
If you wish to cancel your reservation after your deposit has been made but 60 days before your rental, and we are able to re-book the full time, your deposit will be returned, less 50% administration fee. If we cannot re-book then the entire deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel 30 days or less before the rental, and the full payment has been made, if we cannot re-book then the full amount will be forfeited. If we can re-book, then 50% of the full payment will be refunded. If the cancellation is due to serious illness, accident or death in the family, please advise us as we are flexible and we will try to re-book your time at a future date.
